船舶交接后一年回访3次,质保期外半年回访一次,跟踪船舶使用情况并及时提供支持服务;

船舶交接及维修过程中对用户进行操作、维护和保养等相关培训工作,避免不当的操作和维护;

接到客诉2小时内给予响应并与用户协商维修事宜,原则上省内48小时、省外72小时到达现场维修,特殊情况与用户商定时间到达。游艇厂家、执法艇、客船。(150字左右)
